Cancellation Policy

If you wish to discontinue our services at any point in time, you may place the cancellation request by logging in to your client area. However, you would need to pending payments, if any.

You can choose to cancel the service immediately or request cancellation at the end of the current subscription period. If you choose immediate cancellation, you will cease to have access to your subscribed service, forthwith. On the other hand, if you choose to cancel the service at the end of your subscription period, you will have access till the end of the period.

You would be responsible for backing up all your data before you place the cancellation request. Once you place the cancellation request all your data from our server will be deleted and it can neither be retrieved nor restored.

If you place a cancellation order for the subscribed service within 24 hours of having ordered it, you will receive a full refund of the cost of the said service. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment you used to buy the service. Limited to one per customer.

If you cancel a paid trial service, a refund will be issued only if the cancellation occurs before the expiry of the trial period as mentioned in the service plan.
